Family Health Services, a Community Health Center, makes high quality, culturally sensitive, primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care affordable and accessible to the people of South Central Idaho.

Since 1982, Family Health Services (FHS) has been serving Idaho residents as a designated Community Health Center (CHC) and Migrant Health Center (MHC). FHS currently operates 11 clinics located in Southern Idaho’s Magic Valley, offering Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services. In addition, a Mobile Dental Unit delivers dental services to schools, community-based sites and Head Start. Our clinics, located in Twin Falls, Buhl, Jerome, Burley, Rupert and Fairfield cover six counties spanning a service area 13% larger than Connecticut, Delaware, and Rhode Island combined.
